Everybody knows someone who’s had tennis elbow. Maybe you’ve had it yourself? How does one get tennis elbow if they have never played tennis? More importantly how does one get rid of it for good? Over the years I have seen dozens of cases of tennis elbow, and fixed them all in 90 secs. Each side that is. 90 secs per arm and some take home stretches is all it takes, in most cases. Last week I treated a stone mason. He had been suffering for over a year with bilateral tennis elbow pain. He had had 100’s of anti inflammatory injections into his elbows , with no lasting results. I really want to spread the word that a 90 sec treatment is all it takes to realign the joint and provide relief. Giving anti inflammatory injections , or even tablets will not get to the cause of the problem. I used the technique I’ve been using for years and the results were life changing. He was so happy he could now rotate his wrists without clicking and pain. I then treated his co-worker’s tennis elbow. It seems to be a major complaint with hands on manual labourers and tradies. Generally the neck tightens up first, and when treatment to the neck is not sought, the tension overflows to the elbow.
I also recommend weekly yoga classes to address the whole body alignment and tension. But for some men living out in the country, working long , hard days, that’s probably not going to happen! So one simple stretch done daily , ideally, will have to suffice! I know we are recommended anti inflammatory pills for these types of conditions, but eventually these pills will give us more problems than we started with. Pain relieving pills leads to an imbalance of good bugs in the gut, which can lead to autoimmune disease. I know this through first hand experience!

Hi. What is the 90 second treatment exactly? I work as a stone mason and have been suffering from the same elbow pain. I live in the UK though. I’ve been doing foreqrm extension exercises mainly. The exercises feel like good and seems to take the pain away! But hurts when I’m back at work. Is it still possible to make an appointment with you online somehow? Thanks,
Sam
