Women with a waist circumference more than 35 inches and men with a waist circumference more than 40 inches are at an increased disease risk. Women tend to deposit more fat on the abdomen at menopause. But just because you look slim, doesn’t mean you’re not harbouring internal fat. You could be someone who is ” thin outside and fat inside.” So this is why we all need to cleanse. Toxins build up in the body over our lifetime.
